Weekend Schedule
There is no 10am class this Saturday, 9am only. Come out to the Athletic Lab to watch Brave athletes compete at the Summer Weightlifting Meet. Brooke’s session starts at 9am, Kim’s session is at 10:45am, Ryan’s is at 2:15pm, and Mike’s is at 4pm!

3 Rounds
30 Wall Balls (20/14)
30 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75/55)
30 Box Jumps (20/20)
30 Push Press (75/55)
30 Calorie Row
30 Push Ups
10 Back Squats (Body Weight, use a rack if needed)
*40m Time Cap

Work up to heavy single for:
1. Clean
2. Bench Press
3. Overhead Squat
