Saturday Class
This Saturday at 10am we will be doing the workout “Murph” in honor of Memorial Day. There will be a partner option and a half “Murph” option. We will likely have a post-workout pool event as well. Stay tuned!

Strength
Power Clean + Squat Clean + Push Jerk + Split Jerk
Work up to heavy single for the complex
*You may drop the bar from the shoulders after the Power Clean, but get on the bar for the Squat Clean as quickly as possible

Conditioning
3 Rounds
2m AMRAP
20 V-Ups
20 Back Extensions (Supermans)
Max Front Squats in remaining time (155/105)
1m Rest
*Front Squats should be taken from the floor. Score is three numbers: The number of Front Squats completed each round.
