Endurance – Partners

12 Days of Endurance – 55 Min Cap

100m Run
2 Squat Cleans
3 Push-Ups
4 Pull-Ups
5 Alternating Sandbags Over the Shoulder
6 Push Jerks
7 Devil Press
8 Burpees
9 Calorie Row
10 Box Jump Overs
11 American Kettlebell Swings
12 Thrusters

-Each Partner will do each movement. Partner 1 will run 100m, then Partner 2 will run 100m.
-Partner 1 will then 2 cleans and Partner 2 will 2 clean, then back down to the 100m run-
-Then Partner 1 starts the next round on the 3 Push-ups etc etc.-
-You will ALWAYS be going down the ladder, NEVER up the ladder-
-The only exception to this is number 5 where partners will alternate sandbags tosses where each person will do 5-
